All our products have 2 years shelf life when unopened. Once opened, they can last 6 to 12 months. The packaging will tell you exactly you how long each individual product can last since opening. Look for the open jar icon on the packaging (example: 6M/9M/12M).

Yes, we do ship internationally to selected APAC countries via DHL. This includes Australia, Brunei Darussalam, China, Hong Kong, Macao, India, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
For Jabodetabek addresses, we use JNECTC (city to city). For those outside of Jabodetabek, we use JNE REG (the fastest option) and JNE OKE (more affordable but takes longer). For international shipping, we use DHL.
We process orders and ship on weekdays (except for public holidays). Domestic orders can expect delivery in 2-3 days for Jabodetabek addresses and 2-10 days for addresses outside of Jabodetabek, while international orders can expect delivery in >10 days.
